It Came to me in a Dream
To be published soon in The Voice of Orange County © ...back to top

Throughout history, we have heard that messages of many kinds come to us in our dreams. Science has proven we all dream every night. Your dreams all come from the same source – your sub conscious mind. As Fritz Perls said dreams are “a message of yourself to yourself”. If you want to learn more and gain insights from your dreams, it is important to get in touch with the source – you and your sub conscious mind, which is influenced by your conscious thoughts. So, a good start would be to upgrade your thoughts on a conscious level. It is a commitment that can change your life.

Your sub conscious mind awakens while you sleep. It can bring you a wealth of insight and guidance through your dreams.

Through the ages, dreams have been studied in great depth and used in many different ways. Carl Jung believed that dreams articulate the shared symbols and ideas of humanity. He believed that dreams put you in touch with your subconscious mind and if analyzed properly, they can be used as a means of personal growth and change.

Many have called the Shamans the first dreamworkers because their religious leaders would dream for the entire tribe and interpret the dreams of their tribes. In biblical times, dreams carried divine messages.

If you are interested in using those dreams that you have every night to better your life, it is important to start with some basic training of the subconscious mind. You subconscious mind was programmed approximately 80% by the time you were 10 years old. Therefore, it is never older than 10 years. Your subconscious mind wants to protect you with emotional responses, some of which are outdated and no longer serving you. To direct the subconscious mind, you can start on a conscious level with a suggestion process. You can formulate these suggestions to direct your dreams to give you messages of direction, solutions, or inspiration.

Remember, anything you do for 21 days, becomes a habit. So stay with your process of upgrading your thoughts on a conscious level. Before you go to sleep at night, formulate suggestions for your dreams. You might say something like this:

Every night as I sleep, I am allowing my subconscious mind to work on creating what I want and how I receive it. When I awaken from my dreams, I now remember the details and I now have the ability to translate these dreams into conscious meaning. I intuitively know how to bring the subconscious messages to my consiousness.

Your dreams may seem unremarkable and unrelated to your reality but important messages are embedded in them. You have asked for the dreams and now you are open to receive the knowledge.

How do you know what they really mean? How do you remember them? Why do you have recurring dreams? What about nightmares? These are the questions through the ages. Studies have shown that recurring dreams and nightmares indicate unresolved issues in your life. Following are some techniques that might be helpful.

When you awaken from a dream, do not move. As you lay still, play the dream over in your head. Keep a note pad or dream journal next to your bed and jot down some notes. These notes may bring recall to additional factors of the dream. Also write down how the dream makes you feel. Is it positive or negative? Do you feel a warning? Perhaps you feel inspired by the dream. Your intuition can guide you through this process, if you allow it and trust it. I also like to use dream symbols. I find this to be very effective. There are many books written on the subject, but I recommend Mary Summer Rain’s Guide to Dream Symbols.

Your dreams will be more clear if your practice the habit of formulating suggestions for yourself and relaxation. Before you go to bed, calm your mind through prayer, meditations or self-hypnosis. Release your monkey mind! And when you awaken in the morning, allow yourself to hold on to the messages which can now be a gift of yourself to yourself. Soon, you will find yourself saying, IT CAME TO ME IN A DREAM.

The Whole Truth and Myths of Your Mind
Published in The Voice of Orange County Summer Issue 2005 © ...back to top

At some level, most of us believe that the mind, body connection is the key to good health, we can manifest abundance in all areas of our lives, we can create our own successful future, we deserve happiness and joy in our lives, and we have the gift of intuition and our higher power to guide us. This is the whole truth.

So, why are so many people in our wonderful country plagued with depression, lack of confidence and self esteem? The reasons will vary, of course, but it usually comes back to limited beliefs in the subconscious mind. In other words, the myths of your mind. Most of these limitations were instilled early in your life by either parents, teachers, siblings, friends, or school mates. Most of the myths were accepted by your subconscious mind before age 10. These could include many forms of negative programming and beliefs, none of which are actually true.

These myths of your mind could include limited beliefs resulting in fear of failure, fear of success, poor self image, lack of motivation, the feeling of not deserving all that the universe has to offer. These are the myths that hold you back, keep you down and manifest what you really don’t want.

The good news is, this limited belief system can be eliminated, giving you a new lease on your wonderful life and allowing you to live the whole truth. You are what you think and say about yourself. You don’t need to accept your own inner critic or the negative comments from others. If you find yourself using habitual negative self talk or if you find yourself surrounded by people with poor energy, limiting beliefs, and negative behavior, perhaps it is time to set some boundaries around and for yourself. Self depreciation becomes a habit. So does accepting negativity from those around you.

Using tools such as hypnosis and self hypnosis, you can remove the power of the myths of your mind and change your belief system to bring you success, confidence, self esteem, good health, happiness, abundance, peace and the whole truth. That which you focus on, grows. Focus on what you want and deserve. Spend time creating what you really want and deserve in your life. Write it down as if you already have it, say it, and think it. This is creating success at the conscious level. Once you have done this, you are ready to move into the reprogramming of your subconscious mind where your truth resides. Your subconscious mind is the control center for your life. All of your beliefs, habits, and emotions are stored there. Your subconscious mind also controls your body and your health.

You can think of your subconscious mind as a giant file system with millions of files. It does not think, criticize, analyze, evaluate, or have opinions. Our subconscious minds believe the programming that we have filtered through our conscious minds and stored there. It believes this programming to be fact.

Think, for a moment, about every experience you’ve ever had, every person you’ve ever met, every thought you’ve ever dreamed or imagined, everything you’ve ever learned, every virus, bacteria, illness you’ve ever felt, every smell or taste you’ve ever experienced. If you take this entire history down to a cellular level, you will find all of this information in your subconscious mind. The brain is the most powerful computer in the universe and you have access to it.

When you are in hypnosis or self hypnosis, you are in a natural, relaxed state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. In this state, your subconscious mind is much more alert and can bypass your conscious mind. In this state, your subconscious mind is ready for change. Memories are not fact. They are interpretations. They are not the whole truth. Change in your belief system is a powerful tool in your subconscious mind and it is your path to the whole truth.

A good hypnotherapist can facilitate changes in your subconscious programming. You can also use self hypnosis to begin to create the whole truth in your powerful mind. We all go in and out of hypnosis many times every day. Daydreaming is a good example. I offer you this lesson in self hypnosis which can move you closer to finding your whole truth. So take some time to make yourself comfortable. Take a deep breath and let your mind go quiet. Take another deep breath and relax all of the muscles from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Imagine a wave of relaxation moving down your body. Take a third deep breath and let your mind drift deeper down into relaxation. In this state you can start to create the whole truth. What is it that you really want in your life, health, money, career, relationships, family, spirituality, and personal growth?

Talk to yourself in a positive way, connect yourself with your higher power, follow your intuition, manifest, and focus on what you want. As you do, the whole truth will be revealed to you. It feels great. Doesn’t it?

The Good Thing About Being Human © ...back to top

Have you have ever contemplated being human and wondered what is so good about it? You only have to go to the book store and read some of the current titles to start to get clues. The Power of Intention, The Gift of Change, Ask and It Is Given, Manifest Your Destiny, and Use Your Brain Potential are just a few that come to mind.

We have the gift of choice and we can choose to make changes in our lives. We have the ability to change our health and fitness levels. We can create our future with a balance of money, career, friends, family, relationships, contribution to the world, and a connection to our higher power.

Change will happen to you. It happens to all of us and we learn and grow from change. If you want something new, something old must change. And, that which you focus on, grows. So, doesn’t it make sense to use our powerful connection to the universe and define what it is that we really want? How do you want to change? What do you want to change? I challenge you to use your wonderful mind to create your successful, healthy future. It is part of your human experience.

Have you ever had a change in your life that you didn’t learn or grow from? Have you ever had a change in your life that seemed dreadful at the time, but as you look back on it now, it turned out to be positive? Perhaps you suffered a loss but as you look back on it now, you gained something beautiful. Take a few moments and reflect on the changes you have endured in your life.

Lance Armstrong recently said “I had cancer and grew from the experience in ways I could not have imagined”. Wayne Dyer says “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change”.

I find it interesting how some people welcome change. They embrace it, create it, and even see it as an adventure that life brings. Some people dislike change intensely. A change from diet Pepsi to diet Coke can be completely disruptive. Perhaps we feel uncomfortable with change because we fear the unknown, we’re in our comfort zone, or we just liked it the old way. For some people, change is blamed on others, allowing them to become the victim. How many of you actually wish for change? I wish I could loose 10 lbs. or I wish I had better relationships. I challenge you to create your own changes

Take out a piece of paper or a journal and start to define what you really want for yourself. Do you want more money? How much? Be specific as you define what you really want for your life. Take a few minutes to create some fresh, crisp, clear ideas about your future. Getting the results you want is closely tied to your thoughts. Your subconscious mind is very powerful. When you talk to yourself verbally or in your thoughts, you are using your inner voice for self hypnosis. If you are placing negative thoughts around your future, you are sabotaging yourself. If you write down what you want and then say “I probably won’t get it”. Guess what? So surround your future with positive thoughts and words. Speak kindly to yourself. Stay focused on the possible.

We all practice self hypnosis every day without even realizing it. The suggestions you make are actually going right in to your subconscious mind. They are being accepted and believed on a very deep level and we often repeat these suggestions many times over each day. You have a very big influence on what happens in your human experience. You are the captain of your ship with the power to create.

As you start to define your future, make sure your goals are aligned with your values. They should be simple, measurable, meaningful to you, realistic and achievable. Use only positive wording. Your goals should reflect balance in your life. If you only work on money and career, perhaps your family, relationships, personal growth or health will suffer. Balance is the key to a happy, successful, productive, rewarding future.

And remember as you walk along your human path, it is progress, not perfection, that gets us closer to all of the good things about being human. The faster the changes are approaching you, the more important it becomes to slow down internally. Connect yourself with your source. Practice prayer, meditation, or self hypnosis daily. Take deep breaths, relax, and pay attention to your forever-changing being.

Three Deep Breaths to a Peaceful Mind © ...back to top

As I contemplate writing this article, I find myself singing “Breathe” by Faith Hill. JUST BREATHE - What a concept! Breathing is a function of the subconscious mind. If you are alive, you are breathing. We don’t have to think about it, it just happens. As we go through life our breath changes with our actions and the state of our minds. Breathing can change due to environmental issues, exercise, sleep, anxiety, panic, stress, laughter, meditation, yoga, relaxation and many other factors.

There have been hundreds of books, songs and articles written about conscious breathing. Conscious breathing is focus on your breath. That which you focus on grows. So if you practice and focus on your breath, whether it be yogic breathing, mindful breathing, tornado breathing, meditation, or self hypnosis, you have the ability to come to a place where you can consciously control your breathing. This means going to your very essence of life, your breath, and focusing on slowing down and deepening this breath.

Deep breathing is a proven method of achieving complete relaxation. It is an ancient method used by yoga masters, hypnotherapists, and many healers. We slow down our breathing because slow, deep, rhythmic breathing triggers the relaxation response in our bodies. This is the opposite of the “fight or flight” response which triggers adrenaline. This kind of breathing reduces our heart rate, increases the blood flow and relaxes muscles. This deep breathing promotes health. The more you do it, the better you feel and the better you feel, the more you’ll do it.

Did you know that anxiety actually comes from within? It comes from your own thoughts, not external forces. You first have a thought which you focus on. And, of course, that which you focus on grows. So the thought then grows into a feedback loop and you feed yourself growing thoughts of doom to keep the loop going. Your body starts to tense up, your heart beats faster and you become short of breath. Your “fight or flight” response kicks in and the symptoms may escalate. Within three minutes you could be in the midst of a full-blown panic attack. What if you said to yourself – JUST BREATHE!

Next time you feel the effects of stress, anxiety, or pain, Take a deep breath and exhale very slowly. Put the thumb and forefinger of your right hand together, and stop the chatter in your mind for just a minute. Focus on your breath.

Take another deep breath, exhaling very slowly, and move your thumb to your middle finger. Imagine all of your muscles going loose, limp and relaxed.

Take one more deep breath, exhale even slower this time and move your thumb to your ring finger. Feel your whole body relaxing and imagine you are in a beautiful place, breathing fresh air. Floating to the most beautiful place you have ever seen. It could be a beach, a garden, a mountain path. It really doesn’t matter. Just, for a moment focus on your breathing. You can slow your heart rate, begin to feel more balanced, and clear headed.

Taking three deep breaths is your first step to a more peaceful mind. JUST BREATHE! This is your first step to self hypnosis. Self hypnosis is change from within. Everyone has confusion in their lives. Every mind deserves some quiet time. Your breath can lead you to some quiet time in your own wonderful head. Stop the self chatter, take some deep breaths and improve your life.

Nature’s Path to Peace and Calm © ...back to top

Have you every stopped to think about the peace that comes from nature? Perhaps you draw your sense of spirit inward when you see a body of calm water or hear the crashing waves of the ocean. Maybe you feel connected to your higher power when you walk in the woods and smell the trees, see the vivid, bright colors of the flowers. When we connect with nature, we breathe deeper, reduce stress and anxiety, and bring a calm sense of peacefulness into our lives.

Recently a friend called to invite me to hike with her at the Ramakrishna Monastery in Trabuco Canyon. Just the thought of this adventure, put a smile on my face. As I looked at the pictures on the web site, the sweeping view of the valley and hills, that sense of nature, peace and tranquility filled my thoughts.

In the midst of our hectic pace in Southern California, taking refuge in nature and appreciating the beauty around us is a sure way to live a more balanced life. If you don’t always have the time to go to nature, you can use your powerful imagination and the subconscious mind to bring nature to you. Using imagery through hypnosis or self-hypnosis can be a powerful tool to bring you to that natural state of calm and tranquility.

The transformational nature of hypnotherapy has enhanced the practices of health workers, counseling or teaching professionals, psychologists, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, social workers, marriage counselors, physical therapists, optometrists, ministerial professionals, nurses, massage practitioners and coaches. Dr. Gerard Sunnen of the New York University School of Medicine calls hypnosis “the most potent nonpharmacological relaxing agent known to science.” He will prescribe hypnosis before prescribing a tranquilizer. Within the field of hypnotherapy, there are a great variety of ways to harness the power of the subconscious mind to effect change ranging from chronic and acute pain, confidence, concentration, motivation, achievement, focus, health, stress management, addiction, habit modification, sports performance, creative expression and natural relaxation.

Let’s talk about the natural relaxation. What if you could use the powerful part of your subconscious mind to remove you from your stressful life for a few minutes to take you to a place of nature? You can do it. You have done it. The truth is, you have been in and out of a hypnotic state literally thousands of times. You didn’t notice it because it seemed like a natural state of mind. And the hypnotic state is natural for all humans and many animals. Hypnosis is a mind/body natural medicine. A skilled hypnotherapist can facilitate powerful changes in your life. Although it is a serious therapeutic technique, hypnosis is also a pleasant, calming experience. You can practice self hypnosis daily and take yourself to a place of nature, relaxation and positive change.

What is it anyway? Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility.

What is self hypnosis? It is not magic but it is available 24/7. It is a skill that is always with you. It can permit you to experience certain ideas and images as if they are real. It permits you to benefit from those ideas and images. Images of nature can be powerfully calming.

How do I do it? There are many good books written on the subject of self-hypnosis. It also takes time and practice. In the fall issue, I gave you a technique using 3 deep breaths. Another technique is to notice and relax your breathing. Find a comfortable place. Relax all of the muscles in your face. Start at your forehead and work down to your temples, eyes, eyelids, jaw. Next imagine the relaxation moving down into your neck, shoulders, lower back, arms, chest. And then feel the relaxation moving down into your stomach, legs and toes. Imagine you are at the top of a stair case, stepping down. With each step down from 10 to 1, allow your body and mind to drift down into a relaxed state. When you reach the number one, imagine yourself in a beautiful place of nature. Your favorite place. Just allow your stress and tension to bounce off and away. Imagine a sense of peace and well being in this wonderful place. Let the positive feelings grow stronger. When you are ready to come up, count from 1 to 5 and feel your energy coming back with each number you count. When you reach the number 5, open your eyes and tell yourself how great you feel.

Spend as much time as possible within the beauty of nature. Remember to smile, love and be loved.

Hypnotherapy for Health © ...back to top

It is becoming increasingly common for medical doctors and mental health practitioners to offer complimentary healing modalities, such as hypnotherapy, in their practices. As mysterious as our health problems seem to be, most of them evolve from stress, injury or they are inherited. when I say some illnesses are inherited, I clarify this by saying patients are predisposed to these conditions. Disease may manifest itself at birth, an early age, at times of stress or it might remain dormant throughout you life time. Stress and the power of our minds play a large role in what happens in our bodies. Our conscious mind knows how to take health-enhancing actions, such as eating healthy foods, maintaining proper body weight, exercise, and getting plenty of rest. Unfortunately, our minds do not act only through our conscious choices. Many things that happen in our bodies are achieved directly through our subconscious minds without any awareness on our part.

When you suffer with pain, disease, illness, or emotional disorders, your first stop should be your doctor. Once diagnosed, Hypnotherapy is a tool to compliment your medical care. It has been used successfully to program your subconscious mind to attain and maintain good health, weight release, and habit modification. Hypnotherapy has also been used in treatment of allergies, asthma, arthritis, cancer, cardiovascular disorders, gastrointestinal problems, headaches, hypertension, skin disorders, diabetes, neurological disorders, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and many more.

Researchers have determined that the majority of physical disorders and pain are caused by our stressful lives. In other words, we create it in our minds and transfer this stress to our bodies. Every time we repress an emotion or thought is simply gets filed in the STRESS-I-DO-NOT-WISH-TO-DEAL-WITH folder of our subconscious minds. Just imagine the anger, rage, and negative emotions we store in that darn folder! It is no wonder the STRESS file is making us sick. Imagination is stronger than knowledge. Imagination is stronger than will power. The only thing that overrides imagination is hypnosis.

Think for a minute about your garden. Or, if your thumb happens to be brown instead of green, think about someone else's garden. when weeds invade the garden, you pull them out. But, if you have not gone to the root of that weed, it will simply keep coming back. This is the very basis of using hypnotherapy in areas of pain and disease. A skilled hypnotherapist can take your subconscious mind to the very root of your pain and create a strategy to make the pain less invasive on your life or eliminate it completely.

Negative thoughts in our subconscious mind can make us sick. Words and thoughts instilled by others in the early years of your life can actually stick in your subconscious mind and cause poor health later in life. Physical disorders and pain can be induced by our subconscious minds as a strategy to avoid the root of the problem or repress an earlier trauma in our lives.

Just as we can create health in our physical beings by eating healthy foods, exercising regularly and avoiding toxins, we can create health in our minds by consistently feeding ourselves with positive and healing thoughts that carry messages to our physical bodies. Where do our illnesses really begin? The human mind is a powerful tool. An unhealthy mind can create a healthy body. There is evidence that a positive mind can actually cure an unhealthy body. Repetition of health, positive thoughts will bring great results. Your mind will come to believe it is so! You are what you think. Have talk with yourself!

It's All In Your Head © ...back to top

A great challenge for any hypnotherapy is unraveling the misconceptions and unrealistic expectations of hypnosis. The most common of all is the misconception that you will be out of control or you will do something against your will. In reality, the hypnotherapist is using her/his skills to create acceptance of suggestions. If you are allowing someone to guide you through positive and creative suggestions, who is in control? As long as you have the belief that hypnotherapy will work for you, plus the desire to make changes in your life, and you have eliminated misconceptions and fears about the process, hypnosis will work for you.

There are four levels of brain activity. Beta is your conscious level. You are using Beta level now by reading this article. Delta is the deepest level. You are in Delta state when you are deeply sleeping. Alpha and Theta are simply more relaxed states, referred to as hypnotic states. You are in Alpha state every day when you day dream. When you miss your freeway off ramp because you were not paying attention, you are in Alpha state. When you watch television, you are in Alpha state. We all visit hypnotic states many times daily.

When you are in hypnosis, you will hear and remember everything. You are in a natural relaxed state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. In this state, your subconscious mind is much more alert and can bypass your conscious mind. Your subconscious mind retains suggestions that could have been planted when you were a child by your parents, teachers or family members. Most of your subconscious programming took place by the time you were 10 years old. Those thoughts are planted and replayed in your mind. During hypnotherapy, we address those outdated programs and make positive suggestions for change in behavior.

Recently, Dateline ran a story about weight loss. Since 34% of adults in the United States are considered overweight, this is an issue that gets a lot of attention. Americans spend more than 33 billion dollars a year on weight loss products and services. The Dateline study involved 6 volunteers who wanted to lose weight for a high school reunion. Does this sound familiar to you? All six volunteers took a different approach to weight loss. There were 4 different diets, extreme exercise and hypnotism. The results were astonishing! The volunteer who use hypnosis not only lost the weight but changed his life style.

We all know what to do to release weight. Eat less, exercise more, and make good food choices. It sounds incredibly easy, doesn't it? Then why do we sabotage ourselves by eating when we're not hungry or making bad food choices? Perhaps our subconscious programming is getting in the way of success.

Hypnosis is a powerful first step to any successful weight loss program. This works because you eradicate unconscious road blocks and self sabotage. Imagine if you could wake up tomorrow knowing that you are in control of your weight, your life and your thoughts.

Hypnosis is also effective in addressing such issues as smoking fear, anxiety, phobias, pain control, habit, modification, sports performance, depression, emotional blocks, confidence, empowerment, relationships, grief, stress reduction, motivation, and public speaking. When used in conjunction with self hypnosis to continue the reinforcement for success, profound changes can last a life time.

Warning: Common side effects often include improved self image and empowerment!

Have a Talk with Yourself ...back to top

Getting the results you want in many areas of your life is closely tied to your thoughts. Your subconscious mind is more powerful than you ever imagined. So when you talk to yourself (either verbally or through your thoughts), please be careful. You are sending powerful messages to your subconscious mind. The results you get are directed by what you say and what you think. You are using your inner voice for self hypnosis without even realizing it.

Yes, it is true. We all practice self hypnosis every day without even realizing it. The suggestions you make are actually transmitted directly to your subconscious mind. They are being accepted and believed on a very deep level and we often repeat these suggestions many times over.

Following are just a few examples of negative thoughts you might be playing over and over in your powerful mind. Do any of these sound familiar to you? I am exhausted, I have no energy. All I have to do is look at food and I gain weight. I never have enough money. I’m having a bad day. Have you heard yourself saying or thinking similar negative thoughts? Have you gotten exactly that? Yes, you will get exactly what you focus on and ask for.

Your internal conversations have a dynamic impact on your life. So it is extremely important for you to phrase your thoughts and suggestions in a positive, productive way. The only result you will get is the suggestions you give your subconscious mind. Your body will react to what you say and think at a very deep cellular level. You have the power to communicate to your body and mind exactly what you want. So, you may now be asking yourself, "How should I talk to myself"? What if you changed these thoughts to positive suggestions? Following are some examples of positive conversation you can have with yourself. I feel great. I deserve abundance in all areas of my life. Today I will be successful in my endeavors. Today I will love and be loved

Now you are getting the picture. Life should be about joy and happiness. Saying things like this to yourself will facilitate changes in your life. You will be able to make a personal transition to a happier you. There are 6 things you can do in your head. Visualize, hear, feel, smell, taste and self talk. You can choose negative or positive in these areas. Whichever you focus on is transmitted to your nervous system. Your nervous system is designed to produce behavior which is based on your focus.

This self talk can work in all areas of your life. Let’s say you are in a room where somebody has a cold. You start thinking to yourself, Oh my, I’m starting to feel a soar throat coming on. Yes, my head feels a little stuffy. I simply do not have time to be sick. This can’t be happening to me and on and on and on. Have you heard it before? And did you get a cold? Of course you did

Next time you feel something coming on, close your eyes and go to that special place in your inner mind. Take a deep breath and say to yourself. That special place in my inner mind knows exactly what to do to heal any virus or germ that might be in my body. My immune system is very strong and it knows just what to do. When I awake in the morning, I will feel great. I will be healthy. And thank God, or the universe, or wherever you get your power for making it happen. Try it! It does work.

So, you are what you think. It truly is all in your head. Your mind and body feel the power of your thoughts and words at a deep cellular level. So be sure you say and think what you really want. Choose your words and thoughts carefully. One of the reasons some people fail to obtain their goals is because they never set them in the first place. If there is something you want for yourself, say it, think it and write it down. Be very specific. When will you start the journey towards that goal? When will you obtain it? What will it look like? I mean exactly what will it look like? Tell your mind and body what you want and imagine that you already have it as you are saying it. Say it in the present tense. I am at my perfect healthy weight, I have a loving relationship, I have a red convertible! Hey, why not? I am abundant in every area of my life.

So, choose what it is you want for yourself. Add the following words to your life – I can, I will, I want to, today, now, opportunity, motivated, interested, possible, and love. My thoughts are with you. Talk to yourself with kindness, love your body, drink lots of water and get healthy and fit in your mind, body and spirit. It feels great! Doesn’t it? This is truly a gift you give yourself.
